NICOLE PALADINO |
Meet Nicole Paladino! Nicole is a leader in our Professional Services Organization supporting the Educational Services, Labor Management and Slotting teams as they work to improve the solutions and skills of our customers. Previously she designed and implemented multi-product solutions for customers, often with global footprints. Seeing the life cycle of the supply chain software implementations helped her see an area of opportunity: focusing on the people who are going to use the technology daily. How can we better equip them to be successful in their roles? How can we ensure their time spent at work is most productive? Increasing efficiency, building up competence and increasing confidence in abilities are the aspects on which Nicole focuses.
3 things Nicole suggests keeping in mind:
- Classroom training before design starts is the right setting for product education and getting your hands on the product you’re about to implement.
- Organizational change management gets your people ready for the technology change ahead – if their jobs and ways of working are changing, they shouldn’t be taken by surprise.
- Great end user training must be conducted for new processes to be adhered to, new technology to be adopted, and new (elevated!) standards to be met.
